Episode 127: The End Times (Final Episode)

New Style Facebook Header ep127b

This episode is bittersweet for us here. We want to thank every single one of you for listening to us over the last few years. It has been an incredible journey and we have enjoyed it tremendously.

127 may be a bit self indulgent as we check in with many of the guests that we have had on the show and find out where they are heading. We tried not to be too repetitive, but some of it cannot be helped when you conduct as many interviews as we have here.

We also add a few segments for our final episode that we hope you enjoy. Thank you once again for listening, providing feedback, and generally being the best friends we could have ever asked for. Good gaming!

I would also like to just take a moment to thank all of our sponsors over the years. KR Multicase, Secret Weapon Miniatures, Smells like Wargaming, and Wargamma. We made a promise not to advertise products that we wouldn't use ourselves - and these guys provide some of the best on the market. Please do go check them out and at least give them a look, as the show would not have been possible without their support.

  1. I don't want to listen to it because that will mean it's over =(
  2. I shall listen with a (manly)tear in eye and lump in throat. Farewell guys.
  3. This must be how an Astartes feels when his Primarch leaves the Legion.
  4. Thanks for the Plug! -- Hey Carl, check out my latest shoulder pad design >> https://www.shapeways.com/product/G583N8GS3/checker-griffon-standard-shoulder-x10?li=shop-results&optionId=57534770
  5. Thanks for all the many hours of enjoyment you've provided over the year, your contagious enthusiasm has helped keep my hobby fires stoked through the various trials the are thrown at us. Good gaming and I look forward to whenever next our paths cross.
  6. Gents, Thank you for the massive effort you have given over so many years. Your positive attitude and the inspiration that came from listening to you all got me back into playing 40k and changed the way I looked at gaming. There will be big hole in the 40k poscasting world now that can't be filled, but I hope you continue gaming as well as you always have for a long time to come
  7. Oh I think the 'And they shall know no Fear' rule being absent from 30k is based on the fact that the Space Marines don't have the religous fervor of the God Emperor. That might just be my justification, but that is how I forge that narrative. :) Sorry to see the podcast go, this was one of my last connections to 40k, I have the dropzone fever right now. Glad to hear Carl is gonna get his gaming groove back on, enjoy it, and I look forward to the unbound videos, whenever. Thanks for all the great times.
  8. I actually agree with your ATSKNF assessment there. They dont have the chaplains, etc etc... Maybe its some side effect of the psycho-indoctrination once everything goes so bad..
